Information Needed to Verify a Request

Authorized Agents

A California resident may designate an authorized agent to submit a request on their behalf. The agent should include written proof of authorization, and the resident may still be asked to directly verify their identity.

Acknowledgment and Response Timelines

Non-Discrimination

No one who submits a Do Not Sell or Share request will be denied service, charged a different price, or provided a different level of service because they exercised this right.
